Scrum Project Management is a waterfall team management that have members or workers that are assigned to do different stages, type or kind of job; From the product owner or the client the work is being passed to the workers, down to the members that we can call as sub-workers, usually it is composed of 5-7 members. This management's main goal is to develop each and every member and help one another for the improvement of quality and the accuracy of the product or work that they're going to do; Because of the said 'we' attitude of this management, the ensured success of the team that is working as one is increasing over time.
This cross-functional team is quicker in doing the job or work that is given to them, this team is also quicker in responding to the market; The management allows the workers to have many sources, idea and opinion since there's a lot of hands and minds working on the project, which leads to a very productive and creative team. source from this website.
The word 'Scrum' doesn't really have any other meaning, it's not an acronym like what some people thinks but a name. Like what I've said, it is composed of different members but it has 3 mainly contributors;
- On the top, there lays the Product Owner, or the client --- mostly are the sponsors or the product managers, next to it is the Scrum Masters; These masters are what we can say, the leaders or the managers of the team, they represent the overall development, management and outcome of the product, they are the final editor of the project.
- The last are the Project Teams, it is a group of people or members that is working on the different level or kinds of development and improvement of the product. These members have different distributed work to do for the product. source from this website.
